Midsole

A compression-molded EVA foam midsole provides a comfortable ride, no matter the distance. It is a firm, lightweight foam with good cushioning and energy return. With its Standard FootShape™ fit, the Experience Flow offers sufficient space for the foot to move naturally. The rocker shape of the midsole encourages a smooth and natural transition between heel and forefoot. The foam features Innerflex™ technology. This is a grid of slots that cuts through the entire midsole, both vertically and horizontally. This reduces weight and dramatically increases the flexibility of the shoe without sacrificing cushioning. To top it all off, the ORTHOLITE™ sockliner provides comfortable step-in comfort with long-lasting cushioning. Open cells in the sole keep your feet cool while running.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides support in strategic areas around the midfoot and is highly breathable in the forefoot.
