Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, Altra has added a CMEVA midsole. The CMEVA midsole has enormous cushioning and offers effective protection during your runs, no matter what type of run it is. The material is therefore very responsive and provides a lot of comfort. The Experience Flow has a Standard FootShape™ fit, which does not restrict the movement of the foot, but still fits comfortably around the foot. The foam has Innerflex™ technology. This is a grid of slots that cuts through the entire midsole, both vertically and horizontally. This reduces the weight and dramatically increases the flexibility of the shoe without sacrificing cushioning.

Upper

The upper is made of technical knitted mesh. The breathability of the upper keeps your feet comfortable. This shoe also has an OrthoLite® insole. This insole offers soft step-in comfort and thus provides long-lasting cushioning. OrthoLite® has an open-cell foam that ensures that the shoe is breathable on the inside and keeps your feet cool.

Outsole
