Midsole

The midsole is made of Altra's EGO™ foam. This foam is specially designed to make your run as comfortable as possible, regardless of the distance. It is a somewhat harder foam with good energy return. The Escalante 4 has a Standard FootShape™ fit, which does not restrict the movement of the foot, but still fits comfortably around the foot.
