Midsole

To make your runs comfortable, adidas has added an EVA midsole that provides plenty of cushioning and effective protection while running. A protection plate in the midsole creates a buffer against rocks without weighing down the shoes. This allows you to tackle the most dangerous trails with a safe feeling. The plate also helps you move nimbly on the trail paths.

Upper

The mesh upper of the Terrex Tracerocker ensures breathability and comfort while running. The shoe also features a Gore-Tex® membrane, keeping the shoe dry and mud-resistant regardless of weather conditions. Furthermore, the upper is synthetic with a protective layer of TPU, which makes the shoe wear-resistant and suitable for rough terrains. Finally, the upper consists of 50% recycled materials. In this way, among other things, adidas tries to make its products more and more sustainable.

Outsole
