Midsole

For the Terrex Soulstride Flow GTX, adidas uses an EVA midsole. This is the repeater midsole that provides responsive cushioning during your run. The material of this midsole is reactive and will offer you a lot of comfort. With the pre-formed insole, you will wear the shoe with pleasure from the start and you will be able to complete your runs comfortably.

Upper

The engineered mesh upper makes this model highly breathable. Sweat vapour will have a chance to escape, but the shoe is protected from rain by the Gore-Tex® upper. By using 50% recycled materials in the upper, adidas strives to make its products more environmentally friendly. To keep the tongue centred and prevent dirt from entering the shoe, a gusseted tongue is connected to both sides of the upper.

Outsole
