Midsole

This shoe is equipped with adidas' ultra-light Lightstrike Pro foam. This cushioning material stores more energy than any other cushioning material that adidas has developed to date. The adidas Terrex Agravic Speed Ultra has Energy Rods, carbon tubes that mirror the metatarsal bones and follow the anatomy of the forefoot. The Energy Rods reduce energy loss during push-off. Upper

The mesh upper makes the Terrex Agravic Speed Ultra highly breathable and provides a comfortable feel while running. In the upper, adidas also uses 50% recycled materials to reduce the impact on the environment. It has a lightweight mesh upper that feels cool and durable, as well as a padded tongue that relieves the pressure caused by swollen feet during long runs.
