Midsole

This model features adidas' Light BOOST foam. This foam is extremely light due to its unique molecular design. The design consists of hundreds of BOOST capsules that are packed with energy, comfort and ultimate cushioning. These small capsules together provide a boost with every step you take. The Light BOOST cushioning material is very resistant to temperature changes, so you experience maximum cushioning in both warm and cold weather. The LEP 2.0 system (Linear Energy Push) ensures that the midfoot and forefoot are slightly stiffer, so that each step uses less energy and gives you an extra push.
