Adizero Boston can be used for tempo training and competitions due to the combination of foam materials. Lightstrike Pro foam ensures high energy return, while Lightstrike 2.0 foam ensures stability and good contact with the ground with every step you take. The adidas Adizero Boston is equipped with EnergyRods 2.0, which are carbon tubes. The Energy Rods in the outsole mirror the metatarsal bones and thus follow the anatomy of the forefoot. These reduce energy loss at toe-off. This maximizes energy return and ensures an explosive push-off to the forefoot.

Upper
