Adizero Boston can be used for tempo training and competitions due to the combination of foam materials. Lightstrike Pro foam ensures high energy return, while Lightstrike 2.0 foam ensures stability and good contact with the ground with every step you take. In the adidas Adizero Boston, EnergyRods 2.0 are embedded in the outsole, which in turn reflect the metatarsals, reducing energy loss during push-off. Upper
