Adizero Boston can be used for tempo training and competitions due to the combination of foam materials. Lightstrike Pro foam ensures high energy return, while Lightstrike 2.0 foam ensures stability and good contact with the ground with every step you take. The adidas Adizero Boston has EnergyRods 2.0, carbon tubes that reflect the metatarsal bones and follow the anatomy of the forefoot. The Energy Rods reduce energy loss when pushing off. This makes the energy return high and ensures an explosive push-off to the forefoot.

Upper

The Engineered Mesh upper provides flexibility and breathability in strategic places, while in other places the shoe is a bit tighter.
