Midsole

The midsole consists of two types of Repetitor foam. Repetitor+ is a firmer EVA foam at the heel designed to protect the heel at the first ground contact and to support the foot during the transition and the Repetitor foam in the midfoot and forefoot is somewhat more responsive for an energetic push-off. The midsole has a double density, this is the Dual-Density. A hard block is placed on the inside of the shoe for the right support while running.

Upper

The upper of the Adistar 3 is made of mesh for good breathability.
