Part of adidas' Run for the Oceans collection, this product features yarn made with Parley Ocean Plastic: recycled plastic waste intercepted from remote islands, beaches, coastal communities and coastlines that prevents pollution of our oceans.

Midsole

The midsole consists of two types of Repetitor foam. Repetitor+ is a firmer EVA foam at the heel designed to protect the heel at the first ground contact and to support the foot during the transition and the Repetitor foam in the midfoot and forefoot is somewhat more responsive for an energetic push-off. The Repetitor midsole has a double density, this is the Dual-Density. A hard Repetitor block is placed on the inside of the shoe for the right support while running.

Upper

A monomesh upper provides flexibility and a breathable upper in the Adistar. Monomesh is made of a thin material, but will not make the upper less sturdy.

Outsole

The Adistar outsole is made of ADIWEAR™ rubber and offers durable traction. This type of rubber is extremely durable and is mainly used on the outside of the sole, where the material is most susceptible to wear.
