Milestone Pod

The Milestone Pod is a small device that can give you a lot of information about your running. You download the App (Apple Store or Google Play Store), attach the Pod to the laces of your running shoes and just start running. You don't have to bring your smartphone with you anymore, all data is collected by the Milestone Pod. After your run you simply start up the app and synchronise the Milestone Pod with your phone. You can also connect the Pod to different running watches (e.g. Polar, Garmin and Suunto), and different apps (e.g. Strava) are also compatible with the Pod.

The Pod registers the following information:

• Counts steps, stride length, cadence, training duration, pace
• Ground contact time, and landing characteristics such as rate of impact and leg swing
• Burned callories
• Distance covered
  
  

The Pod uses batteries. After about 6 months the batteries are in need of replacement.
