The Nike Free RN Flyknit 3.0 for men are comfortable, neutral running shoes. These newest versions of the Nike Free RN are laceless which adds to the natural feel of the shoes. The shoes provide that barefoot feel whilst still providing you with the necessary protection. They also allow your feet to move in every direction. The midsole has been made 1 mm thinner which increases ground contact. These shoes are ideal for running shorter distances up to about 5 km.

The upper is made of Flyknit material which is a very lightweight and stretchy material. It comfortably encloses the feet and offers high breathability.
