Midsole

To make your runs as comfortable as possible, HOKA has added lightweight resilient foam. This foam has enormous cushioning and offers effective protection during your runs, whatever type of run it is. The material provides great comfort. By placing the transition zone behind the metatarsals, the Early Stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick transition of the feet. This ensures a smoother stride and a faster transition to the forefoot, resulting in an explosive feeling. The EVA insole offers a flexible fit and extra support where you need it.

Upper

Thanks to the jacquard mesh upper with textured yarns, the shoe is highly breathable and allows sweat to escape, keeping you dry all the time. Because the mesh follows every shape of the foot, it provides comfort and support. HOKA not only makes its products more sustainable, but also recycles much of its uppers. Reinforcement has been added to the bottom of the heel counter, while the top remains flexible, soft and comfortable, so that your heel bone does not come under pressure. The pleated tongue of this shoe is attached to the upper on both sides, so that no dirt can enter the shoe and the tongue remains centered.

Outsole

The Vibram® Megagrip outsole is there for running with confidence on varying trails. Thanks to this sole you have superior grip on any surface. Vibram® Megagrip has strategically placed studs to provide good traction, and each stud also has small dots on the side to provide extra traction on unpaved paths.
