Midsole

The Lightstrike foam in the midsole provides good cushioning and energy return while running. This foam provides a super comfortable feeling during your run. The midsole is reinforced with a protection plate that protects against stones without weighing down your shoes. Furthermore, the plate helps you make agile movements during your trail run.

Upper

The Terrex Trailrider has a Gore-Tex® membrane in the mesh upper, which ensures that the shoe is waterproof. Furthermore, the upper is synthetic with a protective layer of TPU, which makes the shoe wear-resistant and suitable for rough terrains. Finally, adidas also uses 50% recycled materials in the upper to reduce environmental impact. The pleated tongue of this shoe is connected to the upper on both sides, preventing dirt from entering the shoe and keeping the tongue centered.

Outsole
