The Saucony Mad River TR for men are neutral trail running shoes. This completely new model focuses on a personalised running experience. The shoes' laces can be tight in two different ways; you can use the lace holes as well as the lace loops, thereby allowing you to choose what works best for you. You can even make a mix of both loops and holes. The shoes' tongue has been integrated with the shoes' collar. This helps to ensure that stones and dirt don't find their way into the shoes when running trails.

The midsole is made of an top layer of EVERUN cushioning material and a bottom layer of PWRFOAM material. This combination of technologies is also found in various other Saucony shoes. The EVERUN cushioning material protects the feet and offers a lot of comfort. The PWRFOAM adds extra durability to the trail shoes and returns a lot of energy.

The PWRTRAC outsole offers a lot of grip and traction, allowing you to conquer the most technical trails. The mapped outsole can be modified to your preferences. Guided drill hole locations can be drilled out for water drainage and screws can be added into the guided screw holes for extra grip on icy trails. The outsole also features a lot of grooves and studs.
