The Mizuno Wave Equate 5 for men are all-round running shoes for overpronators. These 5th editions of the Equate feature a renewed upper. Because the Wave Equate provides the right balance between stability and cushioning, the shoe is ideal for beginning runners who overpronate. The Jacquard Mesh upper provides a lot of breathability and support to the feet.

The Wave technology in the Wave Equate is fully adapted to overpronating runners. By using two layers of material, each with its own stiffness and softness the shoes know to provide support during overpronation and help guide the feet in a natural heel-to-toe transition. The DynamotionFit technology, also used in the shoes, adds to this smooth transition. The outsole provides a lot of grip and traction on wet as well as dry roads.
