About 21RUN

Our online platform 21RUN is part of the All4sports company, which is based in the beautiful city of Alkmaar, the Netherlands. All4sports is the owner of the All4running brand and has several physical stores in the Netherlands and online shops in the Netherlands and Belgium. With the name 21RUN we operate online in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, France and several other European countries. On our online platforms we offer a large selection of shoes, clothing, accessories, electronics and sports nutrition for running. These products are stored in our 12,000 m² distribution centre in Alkmaar. All online orders are sent to our customers from there. Our webshop team ensures that all items are presented on our website, but also provide information about our collection through blogs and reviews. In addition, our customer service team is available all week to answer questions from our customers.

Next to staying up to date on the technical features of our products and latest innovations in the field, our customer service is of course all about our customers. Just like our customers, all our customer service experts are runners themselves. Whether weekend runners or marathon athletes, our team perfectly understands the needs and wishes of customers and through personal experience can offer the best possible advice. No matter whether you contact our customer service or read our blog posts – you will always be advised and informed by a runner. Hence our motto: by runners for runners.
