Are you a workhorse who can communicate professionally with our French customers and provide them with advice and assistance? Do you have an affinity with running and are you interested in running gear? Then 21RUN is looking for you!

As Customer Service employee you contribute to our established reputation in the field of running and customer service. You provide support by answering questions about orders, returns and products as adequately as possible for customers who reach out to us by phone, e-mail and chat. You are mainly in contact with 21RUN customers; 21RUN is All4sports’ international webshop.

About the opportunity

It is your job to help the French-speaking customers of our 21RUN international webshop as good as possible. You answer questions on various topics by phone and give advice to our customers about running products. You can also communicate with our customers in a friendly and efficient manner via email and chat.

About you

For this position, we are looking for someone who can address the specific wishes and needs of our customers. You should also have an affinity for running and meet the following requirements:

  • You are available for 30-38 hours a week 
  • You have excellent knowledge of the French language or are a native speaker
  • You have a good command of English and Dutch 
  • You are a precise and methodical worker
