We guide, support and motivate you!! 21RUN is still doing everything possible to provide you with your running equipment. What does our adapted way of working mean for you as a 21RUN customer?

Quality and Service

  • 21RUN’s customer service is currently experiencing many additional queries. Because of this, waiting times might take longer than usual. This also applies to replying to your e-mails. We apologise for this and ask for your understanding.
  • 21RUN works together with the service provider GLS.. And this company, too, adapts to the recommendations of the responsible authorities in order to minimize the risk of infection for customers and employees. You can find out more about this here.
  • The increased workload at GLS can lead to delivery delays, which we unfortunately have no influence upon.
  • In our company and warehouse, we work at home and in smaller teams as much as possible to reduce the risk of infection. In some individual cases, this might also affect the delivery time of orders.
