The Salomon Wildcross is different from the other Salomon Cross models in a number of ways. One of the differences is found in weight. The newcomer is lighter, thereby making it easier for you to run trails at a fast pace. The Wildcross, when compared to the Speedcross and Supercross, also has a thinner sole. Thanks to the low weight, I was able to easily maintain my high cadence with the Wildcross and had to use less energy when going uphill.”
“For me, the shoes really proved themselves in mountainous landscapes. During the tests, I also ran downhill slaloms on a very steep part of the course. I ran the first corner at an average pace because I usually slip a bit. But when I put my foot down on the soft sand at a reasonable pace, everything went perfectly. The shoes gave so much lateral grip that it almost frightened me. It was just great to run downhill at a high speed and enjoy perfect grip at the same time.
