The Stryd Sensor with Wind Detection not only measures the wind and its force, but its renewed environmental sensors also measures temperature and humidity levels . Next to that it measures ground contact time, cadence, your speed and with the help of GPS the distance you have covered during your run. All this data helps you increase your training efficiency, thereby allowing you to adjust your training intensity in a targeted manner. Compared to the older Stryd Footpod, this new Stryd sensor has 64 times more storage memory to precisely collect data for longer periods of time.

You simply click the Stryd sensor onto your shoelaces. Thanks to the slim and light design, the sensor does not get in the way while running. Via a light indicator, the sensor indicates, among other things, when the battery is fully charged and whether a pairing via a wireless connection has been successful. You can connect the Stryd to your smartphone or sports watch via Bluetooth. The Stryd can be connected to many different sports watches from Garmin, Polar and Suunto, but also with an Apple Watch. It is also compatible with both Android and iOS systems.
