Polar A370 Small

The Polar A370 is a waterproof fitness tracker which tracks your movement and sleep 24/7. It guides you through workouts, continuously measures your heart rate via your wrist, ensures precise activity tracking and measures burned calories. With the new Polar Sleep Plus sleep analysis the watch also provides insight into your sleeping patterns.

The A370 should be fitted right behind the wrist bone. Make sure that the rear of the watch is in constant connection with your wrist. The wrist strap shouldn't squeeze of your blood circulation. Polar offers two different sizes of wrist straps:
