Why should I take SIS Go Hydro?
In moderate to vigorous exercise, we produce 1 to 2 liters of sweat (contains both moisture and important electrolytes) every hour depending on the exact intensity. If the moisture loss is not replenished in time, dehydration will occur and this will of course affect performance.
