One of the most popular stability shoes has received some minor updates. Thanks to the update to the Engineered Mesh upper the shoe has become slightly lighter. Where the GTS 19 featured some decorative elements, the GTS 20 doesn’t have these. This makes the upper more flexible and gives the feet more freedom of movement. The midsole is made of a combination of BioMoGo material and DNA LOFT. This ensures a soft landing and effective shock absorption. One of the model’s biggest innovations is the addition of Brooks’ GuideRails technology. This technology provides support and stability to the knees and guides your feet through transition.
