The adidas Adizero MD for men and women are neutral middle-distance spikes. They have been specially designed for middle-distances on the athletics track. They are very suitable for distances between 800 metres and 1500 metres. The single layer Celermesh upper is lighter of weight and keeps the feet cool. The Sprintweb system in the upper offers support and a lock down feel.

The thin Boost midsole offers an excellent energy return and a responsive feel with a lot of ground contact. The asymmetrical design of the spike plate offers stability and support in the bends as well as on the home straight. The outsole offers room for five spike pins.
