The adidas Solar Glide running shoe models are made for long-distance running. The Solar Glide comes in a regular Solar Glide version for neutral runners and in a Solar Glide ST version for overpronators.

The Solar Glide model is a down-to-earth reliable shoe. It doesn’t have any fancy features, but is just a good shoe for your long distance runs. Although they’re not suitable for a gala they do feature adidas’ best known technologies such as Mesh material in the upper, BOOST foam in the midsole and Continental rubber on the outsole. To ensure stability the adidas Solar Glide ST 3 also boasts the Solar Propulsion Rail that guides your foot through heel-to-toe transition, and the Torsion System, which rectifies torsional movements in the shoe.

The Solar Glide (ST) 3 is the latest edition in the Solar Glide range. The Solar Glide 3 is the successor of the SolarGLIDE 19. The upper of number 3 features Mesh material which is made from recycled materials. This is part of adidas’ Parley Ocean Plastic initiative.
