The Nike Zoom Yes Fly 3 Track Spike is a spike specially designed for 200m sprinters. This spike has been updated with a stiffer plate and a woven upper.

This spike has a slim fit and an asymmetrical tongue. The heel counter falls low on the foot to reduce pressure on the Achilles tendon. Compared to its predecessor, the Zoom Ja Fly 3 spike has an innovative Pebax® plate that has been made 2.75 times stiffer for an explosive take-off. The sole has a honeycomb pattern and provides optimal grip thanks to the 8 removable stainless steel spike tips.
