The HOKA Cavu 3 for women are neutral competition running shoes. This racing shoe is the lightweight and lower brother of Hoka's Mach 3. The Cavu 3 has been designed for running fast tempos. They are less soft and have a less thick midsole than your usual Hoka's.

The renewed Active Foot Frame ensures better support. The PROFLY midsole is made of softer material at the heels to provide better cushioning and shock-absorption. The midsole has been reinforced at the forefoot to ensure more forward propulsion and energy return. The midsole also ensures a lot of feel for the underground and allows the feet to follow their natural transition pattern. The outsole is very flexible thanks to the X-form. The outsole also offers a lot of grip and traction to let you go even faster.
